MyFileSender makes sending files very easy and quick. Click on the "SEND File" menu at the top of this page. Then browse and select all the files that you would like to upload. You can select more than one file at a time. Once you have selected all the files you can click on upload. The upload will complete and take you to a page that allows you to set how many days or how many downloads you want to allow for that file(s). Then you proceed to payment and compelte payment with credit card or an SMS message. Once payment is completed the files are sent out to you and to all email addresses you have entered.

Make sure your recipient checked their Spam folder. If they still cannot find it, In the overview page next to your files there is an action button to send link. This will send to your e-mail address the links which you can forward to your recipients.

Go back and log back into your account in the overview page you will find Your files and action button to resume, press this button and repeat the process. If this button is not available it means the process is complete and error message was temporary. Await your recipients to respond to the mail link within a few minutes.

In the overview page next to your files there is an action button to send link. This will send to your e-mail address the links which you can forward to your additional recipients. Please note to make sure that the number of recipients do not exceed the number of allowed downloads.

Once you have sent out the files, you can still extend the number of downloads or the number of days to what you want. Just login and click on the overview page and then click on the extend file button.

Press the UPLOAD Button. Make sure you have added recipient address's

Our free plan allows for one download and available for 2 days. You can always extend the file to increase the number of days or downloads at any time. Please follow instructions on how to extend file.

You can either purchase during the upload process Stage 2/3 or purchase additional downloads and/or days to an exiting file that Or purchase additional downloads and/or days to an exiting file that

Log into your account go to top up page choose the amount you want to top up and follow the instructions. When you want to send a file, extend the number of days or add extra recipients. You can use your prepaid credit just follow the on screen instructions.

With multiple files the file list will be hidden, go to overview page click on the file’s you have uploaded which will open all the files that were sent, you will find the "send me link" and "resume upload" button next to each file n the actions column.
